Location

By Road:
From the historic centre of Dar Es Salaam (Serena Hotel or Ohio Street):

  • Turn right into Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road and drive straight past the Selander Bridge towards Bagamoyo Road
  • At the lights before Namanga turn right on Haile Selassie Road, drive through the Oyster Bay district into the Peninsula about 2km.
  • Turn left onto Mwaya Street, after 200 metres turn right onto Singh Bains Avenue.
  • Look out for the signs of Newscafe and Regus from Mwaya Street

From Bagamoyo Road, Mlimani city or Mbezi:

  • Head towards the Peninsula, pass Airtel HQ's building to your right and Namanga shopping center on your right
  • Turn left into Haile Selassie Road and follow the same directions as above as you would, coming from the historic centre of Dar Es Salaam.

If you are coming from Mikocheni,

  • At the end of the road on which the US embassy / US Aid complex is on, take a left on the first road Kimweri Avenue and follow this road until you reach the end, which intersects onto Chole road.
  • Take a left on Chole road and continue another 2 kms approximately leaving Slipway road to your left (where the Hilton Double Tree and Slipway hotels are located).
  • Just before arriving at the end of Chole Road which intersects onto Haile Salassie road, take a right on the last road on your right on Chole road - Singh Bains avenue.
  • Continue another 500m, you have arrived to Regus by the Petrobras building. Head to the right entrance of the building by the Newscafe on the ground floor of our building.

If you are coming from Julius Nyerere international Airport through city center

  • Turn right into Julius Nyerere road, drive straight past Traffic lights at train station. Continue straight until you get into Ali Hassan Mwinyi road.
  • Passing Barclays house and Serena Hotel on your right at intersection of Ali Hassan Mwinyi road and Ohio Street drive straight past the Selander bridge towards Bagamoyo road
  • At the lights before Namanga turn right on Haile Selassie road, drive through the Oyster Bay district into the Peninsula about 2km.
  • Turn left onto Mwaya street, continue some 200 metres and take the next right onto Singh Bains avenue. Look out for the signs of Newscafe and Regus from Mwaya street.
  • You will have arrived some 500m further at Regus. Enter through the right entrance of the building by Newscafe on the ground floor of our building.

By Air:
If you are coming from Julius Nyerere international Airport through Nelson Mandela road

  • Turn right into Julius Nyerere road, drive straight turning left into Nelson Mandela road at Traffic lights at train station.
  • Continue onto Sam Nujoma road pass 1 round about. Turn right onto Shekilango road and drive past Mlimani city on your left.
  • At the traffic light intersection with Bagamoyo road (after Milimani city), take a right on Bagamoyo road
  • Head towards the Peninsula, Pass Airtel HQ's building to your right and Namanga shopping center on your right
  • Turn left into Haile Selassie road and follow the same directions as given above as you would, coming from the historic centre of Dar Es Salaam.
  • Turn left onto Mwaya street, continue some 200 metres and take the next right onto Singh Bains avenue. Look out for the signs of Newscafe and Regus from Mwaya street.
  • You will have arrived some 500m further at Regus. Enter through the right entrance of the building by Newscafe on the ground floor of our building.

By Public Transport:

  • Public or regulated Dala Dalas transport (mini buses) stations are available at Chole road station (final terminus) by Epi d'Or restaurant and all along Chole road.
  • Stops are provided and are all along Kimweri Ave in Peninsula. - The city centre and Milimani city stations (through Mikocheni areas, Regent Estate, Sinza and - - Mwenge areas of Dar) are easily accessible.
  • Ali Hassan Mwinyi road and Bagamoyo road offer connections to mostof the historic city and neighbouring suburbs of Dar Es Salaam or main inter regional bus networks to Bagamoyo, Dodoma, Morogoro or Arusha.
