Right in the heart of the country, Coventry is well placed for links to Birmingham, Warwick and Leicester. Although industry has recently moved towards finance, research and creative enterprises, the city is best known for its influence in motoring and engineering. The Swift Motor Company, Triumph Motorcycles and Massey-Ferguson tractor company all started off here, until manufacturing almost completely disappeared. In spite of of this, Jaguar have their headquarters here, Peugeot still build car parts and London black cabs are wholly manufactured in the city.
Being in the middle of the country, Coventry is close to several motorways, with the M6, M69, M45 and M40 all being within easy reach. The city has a busy train station which has links to London, Birmingham and beyond, while the two major airports of Birmingham International and Coventry are close by.
If you are looking to base yourself in a co-working space our Birmingham Airport and Birmingham NEC offices are within easy reach of Coventry. Here, you will be able to get your head down in a working environment if you are on the move yet have the opportunity to network if you wish.
