The 6,000-acre park combines a focused development and technology environment with lush green surroundings. The aim of the technology park is to create an international community that unites science with business, so the offices are surrounded by leading global companies and there are opportunities for tenant networking through local professional clubs, including one for telecoms companies. The European Institute for Telecommunications Standards has its headquarters here and 40 per cent of organisations on the park are involved in research. The park's own science and technology university campus brings together academic and entrepreneurial ICT resources. The offices are easily accessed by public transport.
