The office space occupies two floors of a stone building that was previously the head office of France Telecom and is topped with what is called locally 'telegraph tower'. It has been renovated to meet high environmental quality building standards and is designed around a central courtyard. There are national utilities organisations and technical institutes are on the same street. The building is has 24-hour CCTV security, a restaurant and underground parking.
