The development of the new district is attracting leading national and international businesses from the telecoms, pharmaceutical and other sectors, research centres and universities. The Paris Bibliothèque Nationale offices are located on the new arterial road into the Austerlitz district, close to two main train stations. It has underground parking and a gym and fitness room.
