Located at the far end of Media Harbour (Medienhafen), the building is surrounded on three sides by water and has a 360 degree view of the harbour and the city. The building's services include day care for working parents. The Medienhafen redevelopment of the city's old harbour is fast attracting many major corporations and a five-star hotel occupies the building's other tower. A quarter of the companies moving into the area are from the media, communications, advertising, and fashion industries. Medienhafen will be serviced by a new four-lane access road and expanded rapid transit system routes.
