The meeting rooms are set within Birmingham Business Park, the most established out of town office park in the Midlands. The office building is designed in a modern oriental pagoda style with verandahs set around an enclosed garden area. It overlooks a purpose-built lake, which is just one element of the park's attractive landscaping combining water features, wooden bridges and green spaces. About 100 companies are based here including a number of international brand leaders in electronics, technology and telecommunications, and the park is still growing. It is conveniently located with both Birmingham International Airport and the world-famous National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on the doorstep, which has staged over 2,000 major exhibitions and attracted over 70 million visitors since it was opened in 1976 by HM The Queen.
