The surrounding area is one of the most important financial districts in the world with the offices situated close to major financial, banking and government headquarters. Located on the 62nd and 66th floor of a 73 storey building, there are panoramic views over the harbour and of the city from the business centre. This stunning building is notable for its neon lights which are arranged as bars and light up in increasing frequency towards the top of the building. Most of the building is devoted to offices with some retail at ground level.
