About 100 companies are based here including a number of international brand leaders in electronics, technology and telecommunications, and the park is still growing. It is conveniently located with both Birmingham International Airport and the world-famous National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on the doorstep, which has staged over 2,000 major exhibitions and attracted over 70 million visitors since it was opened in 1976 by HM The Queen. It is also the venue for regular business events throughout the year.
