About this centre

Princes Exchange is situated at the heart of Leeds City Centre. Located alongside the city’s Financial District, neighbouring major High Street Banks, Solicitors and Accountants.

The building is a contemporary, glass building overlooking the River Aire, and adjacent pathways provide an enjoyable stroll along the riverside. Views from the centre provide an extensive look into the bustling city and all that is on offer.

Clients can take advantage of the modern Cyber Café boasting two Internet PC’s, and a peaceful recreation area where refreshments are on hand. Offices are all fully serviced, including Air Conditioning, with excellent external views available. The Regus Reception team are on hand to provide full administration support if needed. Kitchen areas are strategically located, for the convenience of all clients, fully maintained and stocked by the Regus team. The centre has 6 modern Meeting Rooms, including a Video Conferencing Suite available, with the option to have lunch and refreshments served, at a time to meet individual requirements. Our Meeting Rooms can cater for any number of clients between 2 and 30 comfortably.
In line with Yorkshire’s famous link to Cricket, all our rooms are named after famous cricketers, such as Raymond Illingworth, Herbert Sutcliffe and Freddie Truman.

The centre is located neighbouring Leeds City Train Station, and within walking distance from the City Bus Station. Leeds & Bradford Airport is a 30minute drive away. The centre can be accessed from the M1 South by exiting at Junction 43 and taking the M621 to Leeds City Centre. To access the centre from the A1 North, the exit for the A64 Leeds/York should be taken and City Centre signs followed.

Leeds City Centre is on the doorstep, a 5 minute walk will take you to the centre and all the Bars, Restaurants and Hotels on offer, it will easily cater for all tastes and occasions.

By Road:

FROM THE NORTH A1

• Exit A1 at A64 Leeds/York turn off
  
• Join the A64 following signs to Leeds/Leeds City Square
  
• Keep on the Inner Ring Road and take the City Square Exit
  
• Keep in left hand lane and at the traffic lights bear right following signs for the international pool
  
• Keep in the left hand lane and just before next set of traffic lights, turn left following signs to City Square
  
• Join Wellington Street and take 2nd right following signs to Train Station. (Turn left at the T-Junction, straight on at the next traffic lights)
  
• Princes Exchange is on the left hand side opposite the Train Station
  
  FROM THE SOUTH M1
  
• Exit M1 Junction 43 taking M621 - Leeds Central
  
• Follow signs to Leeds Central/City Center and Train Station.
  
• Go straight on at the Hilton Hotel (Victoria Road Roundabout), keep to the left going under the bridge
  
• At the traffic lights keep left and enter Wellington Street, take the 1st left after the Queens Hotel into Princes Square

By Air:

• Leeds/Bradford Airport is 30 minutes by taxi

By Public Transport:

• 2 minutes to walk - based behind the train station
  
• In the station go past the ticket office. Turn left at Weatherspoons taking you outside the station
  
• Princes Exchange is immediately across the road
