GM Sales Effectiveness Training
Once a General Manager has completed their induction, within their first three months they will have the opportunity to attend a weeklong intensive training course. The GM Sales Effectiveness Training focuses on the application of the key aspects of the role and includes specific product training, tour training and sales development.
CSR Development Programme
The CSR Development Programme is a modular training programme that is available all Customer Service Representatives and Senior Customer Service Representatives. The programme has been designed so that it covers the key aspects of the Customer Service Representative role. This in turn ensures that we see an increase expertise and greater effectiveness within the role of Customer Service Representative and Senior Customer Service Representative.
AWAKE - First Line Management Skills
The AWAKE Programme is of three workshops which are designed to begin the development of line management skills in new managers who have joined Regus and newly promoted line managers. The three modules cover time management, delegating and motivating a team, and developing management styles. This training is classroom based and gives the delegates the opportunity to mix with peers from within and outside of the Region they are based in.
HR Skills Workshops
HR Skills Workshops are available to all line managers within Regus, they cover a variety of topics from Interview and Selection Skills to Employment Law for Managers. These workshops have been designed to develop and enhance the HR Skills of line managers. They are fully interactive and promote the sharing of experiences and challenges throughout the Business.
A key aspect of learning and development in Regus is the opportunity to mix with team members from different regions and functions. This means that experiences and best practice are shared throughout the organisation.
