I started with Regus in December 1999 as a temp for 2 weeks working with the Virtual Office Department, following this I was offered a job in January 2000 as a Customer Service Representative with a focus on the Virtual Office product. This role was very varied and included working on a busy reception and switchboard, dealing with clients, and being responsible for the IT and Telecoms within the Centre.

In July 2006 I was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative at Berkeley Square Business Centre, this role is again very varied and I am now involved with some of the credit control, and conducting sales tours for the virtual office clients.

I enjoy working for Regus and the variety it brings.
