I joined Regus in April 2004, working as an agency temp and then within a month I was made a permanent member of the Centralised Call Handling Team that deals with the Virtual Office client calls. After a couple of months I started to get involved with data reporting for the team as well as being responsible for keeping client details up to date. During this time I continued to be a key member of the Centralised Call Handling Team.

In April 2005 I moved into the Virtual Office Sales Team on a temporary basis to cover absences and holiday, and then for the summer of 2005 I was seconded to the Tour Generation Team until September 2005 when I returned to the Centralised Call Handling Team. I really enjoyed my time in the Tour Generation Team, and in February 2006 I was given the opportunity to join the Tour Generation Team on a permanent basis. This was a fabulous opportunity and I really enjoyed the variety in this role as well as being able to use my communication skills to secure tours for the Sales teams.

There were further changes to my role in April 2006 when the Tour Generation Teams and Virtual Office Sales Teams merged. This again gave me further opportunities to develop in my role however at this time I was keen move into a role with line management responsibilities. This opportunity came about and December 2006 I am leading the Centralised Call Handling Team.

Since joining Regus I have been able to fulfil my personal objectives and continue to develop with every opportunity I am given. I love the challenges I am given and the variation to my working day. No two days are ever the same.
