When you join Regus, we ensure that you are made to feel welcome immediately. We have introduced a full job and Company induction programme for everyone whether you join as a Customer Service Representative or an Area Sales Manager.

During the induction time you will spend 2 or 3 weeks at a Centre of Excellence with a Coaching Manager who will take you through a comprehensive induction programme. You will spend time with the Centre of Excellence team who have had training on delivering On The Job Training to our new inductees.

By completing your induction in one of our Centres of Excellence, you will be able to see how the Centre works and how your role supports the Centre. Induction is designed to ensure you complete your first few weeks at Regus in a structured environment.

Induction is vitally important to us here at Regus therefore we have a team of 26 Coaching Managers throughout the country who are fully focused on induction.

Russell Meredith started as GM at Cardiff Gate centre and was inducted at our Bristol Temple Quay Business Centre. He said: “Being new to the business and coming to Temple Quay, I’ve found the centre to be extremely friendly and helpful.”

Gemma O’Toole is a Coaching Customer Service Manager at Reigate Business Centre. ‘Since becoming a Coaching Customer Service Manager I have really grown and developed as a line manager.’
